Terms of Service

1. Provider

Services are provided by Alejandro Edeso Sanz, NIF 58006961H, trading as Deika, Castillo de Ocio 16, 01007 Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. Contact: hola@deika.eu.

2. Services

Website design, hosting, maintenance and content updates under the plan chosen by the customer and described in the written quote. Services are offered to businesses only, not consumers.

3. Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD (or the currency stated in the quote). There is no setup fee. Taxes are added where applicable. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after written notice.

4. Term and cancellation

Plans have a minimum term of 3 months. After that, plans renew monthly and may be cancelled with written notice to hola@deika.eu, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law. Founding-client rate: the first 10 customers keep their monthly price for 12 months from the start of their plan.

5. Ownership

The customer owns its domain, logo, texts and photos. Deika's templates, code and design system remain Deika's property and are licensed to the customer while the plan is active; on cancellation, a content export is provided on request.

6. Customer content

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content it provides, including licenses for images and compliance with its industry's advertising rules.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results (traffic, rankings or revenue). To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law; courts of Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
